When will my order arrive?

You can track the status of your order on the ''my orders'' page in your account.

How can I return my controller?

To return your order, please fill out the contact form on our contact page. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. You can do this within 14 days after purchase. For returning a custom made controller, we will contact you a.s.a.p. to discuss the possibilities.

ATTENTION: Full refund is standard only for unused controllers, new in packaging. For used controllers, the condition of the controller will be checked first and you will receive an offer within a week. For return shipping, a fee of €5.00 will be deducted from the purchase price.

How soon will I receive my order?

That depends on what you order. A controller that's standard on the website and in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. A request with custom edits (additional options or a different composition) may take a little longer. In most cases the controller is shipped within a week. If it takes longer than usual we will be in touch with you shortly after your order to discuss the options.

My controller is damaged, can you fix it?

This is possible in most cases. Please fill in the contact form on the contact page. If you ordered the controller from us please also include the order number in your request. You will be contacted soon to discuss the next steps.
